JK TQM Services is a Temporary Employment Agency built on over 20 years of experience in the production and welding industries. We support companies in Poland and across Europe, including Germany, Austria, and the Scandinavian countries, by providing qualified workers tailored to their needs, while also helping candidates find reliable employment opportunities suited to their skills and expectations.

The name JK TQM stands for Jens Karstedt Total Quality Management. The company is founded on the expertise, industry insight and extensive network of its founder, Jens Karstedt, whose more than two decades of hands-on experience form the backbone of our operations. Jens is not only a seasoned professional but also a people-oriented leader who values long-term relationships and meaningful collaboration – both with clients and employees.
